After driving for 6+ hours on Friday and 7+ hours on Saturday, we were so happy to spend two nights at Lathrop State Park!
I did some hiking on the Hogback Trail and found my very first geocache!
Dan and I relaxed on the patio of our motorhome and read and played games.
Then we walked to the lake and waded into the chilly water. It was so delightful!
The skies were cloudy and we got rain both nights so no Perseids meteor viewing for us this year. We are already talking about where we want to be for next year’s shower!
